PrivateSearch provides a frontend interface to public SearxNG instances. We do not control the content returned by those instances and are not responsible for their accuracy or legality.

3. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. Abuse, excessive requests, or attempts to harm the service are prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

PrivateSearch and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
